MemPort is a Chrome extension that enables users to export and import their ChatGPT memory. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, EEA consumer protection laws, and CCPA.

We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
All data is processed locally within your browser and only when you actively use the extension.

- All processing occurs locally in your browser
- No data is sent to any remote server
- We do not log, store, or sync your memory data
- Exported files are saved only to your device
5. User Consent & Control
- You voluntarily install MemPort via the Chrome Web Store
- No data is accessed without your manual action
- You can uninstall at any time
- All data remains under your local control

- Lawful Basis: Consent through installation and interaction
